Awesome Meals 2: A Simple Breakfast

Another edition of the Black Mage’s Pro at Cooking, I bring you:


A Simple Breakfast

An omelette. Just an omelette. No toast, nor bacon, ham or sausage, nor fruit. A tall glass of milk.

On the inside, leftover perch, cooked for Friday’s lunch yet uneaten because I ate the leftovers from the fish I cooked for Thursday’s dinner at Friday’s lunch. Fish fillets look smaller on ice in store than on plate at home. There’s also some sour cream in there, sadly sitting without other purpose in our fridge since we’ve eaten all the perogies. A sprinkle of dill weed on top for a flavour bonus.

It has been a couple of months since I stopped posting updates on our Canada Day adventures. It will continue, someday. No, really!
