Cottage Nature

These are some pictures I took on a trip to the cottage, September 15/16th. I had some new toys for my camera, the most noticeable of which is the polarizing filter (used on a lot of these photos) and the closeup lens (used on the mushroom photo). I was also playing with my new tripod.


The purpose of the trip was to clean up the mess we made on the last trip (re-roofing the damaged part of the cottage) and to clean up the inside of the cottage, where much had been knocked over and strewn about from the fallen trees.
